The extended lees aging imparts a wonderful Champagne-like brioche note and dry, crisp finish. Lovely fresh stone fruit and citrus notes and faint honeysuckle with pristine minerality. A serious entry-level cava for lovers.
These are the first grapes harvested each year. Minimum 24 months on the lees before disgorgement.
Grown on limestone, clay soil. Organically grown, low-intervention/natural wine, vegan.
