A dense and silky red wine made from Niellucciu with stone minerality and refreshing acidity.

The palate shows nice density and a silky texture with sappy berry fruits, blood orange and stone supported by refreshing acidity, finishing with elegant tannins.
Everything is harvested by hand in small baskets and once in the cellar, fermentations occur naturally and sulfur is used in limited doses. All cuvées are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Nicolas Mariotti Bindi has worked tirelessly to build up fifteen hectares of vines within the Patrimonio AOC, all certified organic. Porcellese was one of the first vineyards Nicolas acquired. It is 3.5 hectares of gobelet-trained vines that were planted in 1966 in alluvial soils with round stones. Yields are incredibly low, usually around 25hl/ha.
