A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin come together to create a rosé saturated with red berry flavor and a hint of salinity.

Aromas of starfruit, watermelon, cranberry and sage with flavors of strawberry, black cherry fruit and pink salt.
Rosé blend with a touch of verjus added for acidity. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeast. Bottled in February 2021.
