Black cherry, sage and sweet vanilla. Vibrant aromas, smooth texture, silky tannins and a lingering finish. The aromas are fruit-driven while the palate turns more savory with notes of sage and basil.
Handcrafted with minimal intervention. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Unfined & unfiltered. Bottled April 29, 2019.
