Aromatic and intense with classic Chenin Blanc aromas of wet stones, crushed flowers, minerals, beeswax and white pepper. Herbal aromas of Mirabelle plums, lemon, green apple and yellow currants. The palate is zesty and concentrated with intense stone fruit flavors and rope green apple flavors. Long and polished, bone dry, incredibly fresh and loaded with mineral, this is a serious oyster wine.
100% whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel, concrete & new Austrian oak and neutral French Oak barrels on ambient yeasts. Aged in 80% neutral French oak barrels for 10 months, aged 20% new Austrian oak barrels for 10 months.
Buddha’s Dharma Vineyard is dry farmed without chemicals at the base of Enlightenment Mountain in gravelly volcanic soils.
