Lemon grass, green apple, Bosc pear and tangerine skin aromas dominate this mineral tinged zesty white. The palate is loaded with minerals and concentrated stone fruit flavors. Finesse and subtle power with lip smacking acidity and delicious ripe fruit flavors. Stylistically falling somewhere between light and zesty and luscious.
100% whole cluster pressed on ambient yeasts. Fermented in stainless steel, new Austrian oak and neutral French oak barrels. Aged in 70% neutral Austrian oak and 30% new Austrian oak barrels for 10 months.
Grown in decomposed sandstone at over 1800ft, this vineyard proves what a singular site it is and how important it is in the pantheon of California Vineyards.
