Fermented with 100% whole cluster bunches, the wine is aged for 10 months in a mixture of neutral French oak puncheons and concrete. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.

Sourced from Castelli-Knight Ranch, Griffins Lair, Armagh, Nellessen, Hawks Butte and Alder Springs vineyards. All vineyards practice organic farming.
