Deceptively polished and inviting, the May Queen lures you into a false sense of comfort before ushering you into a flower scented acid trip of pure mountain effervescence. Medium-bodied with notes of peach, elderflower, sea salt and chartreuse.
100% whole cluster pressed and fermented on ambient yeasts in 50% concrete and 50% stainless steel. Aged in concrete and neutral French oak. Vineyard: Sourced from the Shop Block first planted to Chardonnay by Steve Kistler and replanted to Pinot Blanc in the early 2000s. Vineyard is practicing organic on Gildridge sandy soils.
Dutton Ranch farms a total of 1,200 acres using the Sustainable Winegrowing Program. All vineyards are CCOF Certified Organic.
