This wine has a deep, inky purple hue indicative of its concentration and intensity. Crazy aromatics with notes of sweet purple flowers, pink peppercorns and blueberry liqueur with hints of white pepper and exotic, high-toned fruit pastilles. Medium-to-full-bodied with a plush texture and flavors of ripe blue fruits complimented by spicy nuances and high-toned red fruits. The finish is long and persistent with finely chalky tannins and bright acidity.
100% whole cluster fermented in concrete on indigenous yeasts and bacterias and aged in 500L French oak puncheons and concrete vats.
This blend was pulled together from multiple sites and the mist interesting expositions of these meticulously cared for vineyards were utilized.
