Light, smooth and dry blend, a beautiful concert of aromatics and flavors. Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation using low-intervention. Aged in neutral oak and terracotta amphora. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
There is a mix of whole cluster, destemmed and carbonic grapes. Aged 12 months in neutral French oak.
Sourced from a combination of Walla Walla AVA, Rocks District AVA and Eola-Amity Hills AVA vineyards.
