Textured and aromatic, this wine has the structure of Chardonnay with the honeyed notes of Muscat and a faint nuttiness coming from the Verdelho. Notes of yellow fruits, beeswax, baked apples and lemon custard.
Hand picked, foot-trod and co-fermented with native yeast in open tank before being transferred to large neutral barrel and bottled unfined & unfiltered.
