Notes of melon and orchard fruit with honey and minerality.
Fruit was crushed and spent 24 hours on skins before being pressed and sent to fermentation in mostly neutral French oak and one lot in stainless steel. Aged 10 months then racked off lees and blended without fining or filtering.
Fruit was sourced in ten different picks from three different vineyards.
