Traditional winemaking techniques are employed, with fermentation in neutral vessels. Aged in neutral French oak.

Kirschemann Vineyard was planted in 1915 in silica rich, white sandy soils on the east side of Lodi’s Mokelumne River. They are practicing sustainable viticulture.
