A dry Riesling with aromas and flavors of ripe yellow apples, kiwi, lime, orange blossoms, pears and a hint of jasmine tea.
Hand-harvested, natural fermentation on native yeast in stainless steel. Finished unfined & lightly filtered.
This is one of the few Riesling vineyards remaining in the Napa Valley. The 4-acre vineyard is over 60 years old, is not irrigated, and is farmed in a “beyond organic” style, without the use of any sprays or herbicides whatsoever.
