Medium-bodied, silky-textured palate offers a great balance of bright fruits and earthy notes. Blackberries, rhubarb, licorice and cola on the nose with hints of autumn leaves and dried herbs.
Each block is vinified separately with partial whole cluster, native yeast and is pressed based on taste. Picking decisions are based on acidity and flavor, with no additions other than minimal sulfur during élévage. The cuvee is aged in all neutral oak barrels for 10 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
