Salty, bright, red-fruited Pinot. The palate is silky, energetic and highly aromatic with a slightly crunchy finish.
Fermented 40% whole cluster in small 1.5 bins over 2 different picks. The grapes fermented with native yeast and were pressed at dryness in a wooden basket press. The wine aged for 10 months in neutral French oak barrels and a small amount of sulfur was added at bottling to capture the energy of the wine.
