A bright, nuanced Pinot Noir marked by freshness, energy and savory complexity. Sumac and sour cherry on the nose with waves of richer boysenberry and floral rose potpourri. The palate is grippy and vibrant with flavors of raspberry, thyme and peppercorn.
Grapes were hand-harvested, partially destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in open-top fermenters, with gentle extraction to preserve delicacy and aromatics. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 9 months and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with minimal sulfur.
Sourced from a selection of organically and regeneratively farmed vineyards throughout the SLO Coast AVA.
