Crushed raspberries, tangerine, aniseed and French prune. Inspired by the fresh and lively nouveau wines of Beaujolais, this bottling is the first glimpse of this year’s vintage and its vibrant energy naturally accompanies the celebrations of the season.

The nouveau underwent a 14-day, whole cluster, carbonic fermentation powered by native yeast. The wine finished fermenting in stainless steel tanks and was briefly aged in large format barrels. Bottled unlined and unfiltered and without sulfur.
