Alcohol: 7%

This wine is a piquette from the technique, but it’s really as sturdy as a light fizzy red wine-super fun to drink. Juicy with more body and tannic structure than a straight piquette. This one is like a frothy Lambrusco-type beverage with tart fruit and ripping acidity. Should definitely be chilled.

This wine is made by rehydrating the grape pomace after it’s pressed to re-extract sugar using 15 different grapes, resulting in a light red final product that is low in alcohol. Unfermented Merlot rosé was added back to the blend and bottled under crown cap.
