A tart and zesty, subtly sparkling rosé with notes of rainier cherry, salted watermelon and a wet rock minerality.
Whole-cluster pressed and fermented in a mix of stainless-steel barrels and neutral French oak. Aged in stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels for an additional 2 months.
