Crow Valley Riesling was aged in neutral oak barrels for 14 months and the Eisbruch for 8 months, then bottled and shipped to Oregon.
This bottling is a 50/50 blend of Oregon and Mosel Riesling. Planted in 1978 (Oregon), and Eisbruch consists of vines as old as 100 years to newer vines that have been replanted. Grown in Bellpine and Mosel grey and blue slate. All was farmed low-impact and non-irrigated.
