Teutonic made a white wine from 100% Pinot noir, letting nature decide the best way to make the wines. Nature allowed the yellow jackets to feed on the grapes and break the skins giving them on-the-vine maceration, so the wine is a little pink-ish.

Wahlstrom Vineyards is an extremely low -yielding, organic vineyard planted on high terraces next to a dramatic basalt quarry. Wines from this vineyard have a very unique flavor profile.
