Native yeast fermented and aged 5 months in neutral oak barrels.

David Hill Vineyard is one of the oldest in the Willamette Valley, with vines first planted in 1965. They soil type in this vineyard is called Laurelwood, which is weathered soil from basalt combined with loess with a rich red color. Like all vineyards that Teutonic works with, David Hill is sustainable and dry-farmed.
