An off-dry blend of Riesling, Sylvaner and Chasselas that gives notes of stone fruit and minerality.

Vineyard: David Hill Vineyard
Location: Willamette Valley, OR

A classic aromatic off-dry Teutonic wine. Tastes of applesauce, apricot, and just a hint of citrus. Aromas of peach, honeysuckle, smoke and wet stone.

Fermented with wild yeast and fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels. This wine did not go through malolactic fermentation.

David Hill Vineyard, located in Forest Grove Oregon, is one of the oldest vineyards in Oregon started by David Lett and Charles Coury in 1965. What makes David Hill Vineyard special is the unique variety of vines they have planted including Sylvaner, Müller Thurgau and Chasselas (with 50+ year old vines). Charles Coury was known for sneaking vine cuttings from Alsace back to Oregon in his suitcase.
