Medium-bodied with an amazingly long finish. Bright ripe fruit, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry fruit notes, some spicy notes, pencil shaving and white pepper with a high acid back bone. This wine can age for many years but also tastes great now.
100% destemmed with 100% whole cluster fermentation on native yeast. Aged 10 months in neutral oak barrels.
Laurel Vineyard sits on top of Bald Peak at 1500ft elevation which is the highest vineyard in Oregon. Dry farmed and comprised of Laurelwood soil.
