Fermented in neutral oak barrels with wild yeast.
Fruit is sourced from old vines planted in cold and high elevation vineyards, allowing the grapes to hang longer on the vines and ripen more from the soil that the sun. Teutonic only works with dry farms that don’t use irrigation.
