Kabinett-style Riesling. Pleasantly off-dry with aromatic notes of cooked pineapple wild flowers and button mushrooms.
Hand-harvested and destemmed. This wine had a seven-day-soak on the skins before getting pressed off and sent into neutral oak barrels where it began fermentation on native yeasts.
