Hand harvested, foot stomped and spent four days macerating before the juice was pressed off and fermented into neutral oak.
Crow Valley is a small vineyard in the Willamette Valley that was originally planted in 1979. The vines are own rooted and dry farmed. No pesticides are used vineyard and is farmed with organic practices.
