This vintage is especially clean, bright and full of verve. The light style orange wine has pleasant citrus notes, accentuated by the light carbonation texture. Serve chilled.

The skin fermented Picpoul, that comes from the ‘Centime’ lighter style orange wine is 10 days on the skins. The orange Picpoul (75%) is blended with Picpoul (25%) fermented and aged in stainless steel. The wines are blended, then chilled and slowly micro carbonated in a bite tank for 5 days to add texture, then canned.

The Picpoul is from the Windmill Vineyard in Dunnigan Hills AVA, Yolo County. This large ranch is planted on alluvial, gravelly soils and is certified organic.
