A juicy and crushable blend of Syrah co-fermented with Viognier from 2021-blended with equal parts (minimal skin contact) carbonic Cabernet Franc. Bright and aromatic with herbs de Provence followed by juicy red and blue fruit, a bit of bramble with a savory mineral finish. Ready to be enjoyed in its youth and is ridiculously drinkable.

This wine is pressed halfway through fermentation and allowed to finish fermenting in tank. Fermented with wild yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The wine comes from The Dalles, just 25 miles east of their vineyard.
