While cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel and aged 6 months on the lees.
Fruit is grown on loess and loam soils in the Rheingau region of Germany. Under the direction of Josi Leitz, Weingut Josef Leitz has earned the reputatuin of being one of Rheingau’s top growers and moreover, one of the finest producers in Germany.
